Still Inactive After Full Verification – AU Account Charges FBA Fees but Can’t Sell

I’m reopening this issue as my previous thread is locked and the problem remains unresolved.
My Amazon Australia seller account (CozyAus) is still marked as inactive, even though I have completed and passed all required verifications:
✅ Video verification approved: 29 April 2025

✅ Seller Identity Verification approved: 13 May 2025

❌ Account status as of 18 May 2025: Still inactive

Despite this, Amazon continues to charge me FBA storage fees for inventory at BWU2, even though I can’t generate sales.
I’ve reached out to Seller Support many times, and while I was told the issue was with the payment method, my AU debit card is valid and being charged without fail. I only sell in AU – I don’t operate in Mexico, yet the system repeatedly prompts me to add a card for other marketplaces I don’t use.
@Ken_Amazon, I really appreciated your previous reply stating that the specialist team was reviewing it, but that was nearly a month ago. There’s been no follow-up since. I’ve done everything required from my side, but my account remains stuck and I’m incurring financial loss with no way to sell.
Can this please be escalated internally or directed to someone who can review and reactivate the AU account?
