Certification Submission Issue

We’ve been asked to submit 2 certifications for our product to sell on Amazon. However, we’re unable to understand whether Amazon is going to accept the certification provided by our manufacturer. Or do we need to get our sample tested by any lab inside Australia on our brand name?

  • Any recommended labs or our manufacturer’s certificate would work?

Any precious feedback from the amazon fraternity will be highly appreciated.

Amazon follows the regulatory of home country where it operates (in this case it is Australia).

What product you’re selling on Amazon AU? What certificates Amazon demand from you? If this is other brands, then you may need to present authorization letter from the brands.

Toys, dietary supplements have heap of documentation/ certification requirements in the US, you may need to check out AU legal requirements if your products fall under these categories.
