AU - Product Group Approval Request for OTC medication
My product was gated and Amazon requested I apply for approval to sell OTC medication. I have submitted the relevant documentation as requested, including an ARTG Certificate and Manufacturing Agreement from my supplier. However, I keep receiving the same template response that I will receive an update in 2-3 business days, despite 8 days already having elapsed.
What makes this worse is my product is not a form of medication, yet despite explaining this, Amazon does nothing to assist.
Has anyone been in this position / have a solution?
