How to apply for GTIN Exemptions?
I could not find the option under External Product ID select the “I don’t have a product ID” checkbox.
Can any one please help?
GTIN exemptions may be requested by:
- Select Menu > Catalogue > Add Products and click I’m adding a product not sold on Amazon .
- Choose the category and product type that applies.
- On the Product Identity page, enter the product name and brand, and under External Product ID select the “I don’t have a product ID” checkbox.
- Click Apply Now and complete the application form.

I noticed this yesterday. Not seeing a work around yet and the old help page has been updated.
