Amazon won't accept my invoice from Christianbook Distributors
I resubmitted with circles around the qty purchased, Distributors info ect. Contains a stock number and description of the product. I also included pictures of the box, product, shipping label and proof of delivery. Any suggestions on what the problem maybe? I included everything on their list Or maybe a distributor that they will accept to be ungated in DVD's? My account is healthy and I have been selling products for over a year on Amazon. I already have a huge inventory of 1000's from a wholesaler, but not the proper invoice from them for Amazon. I was referred by another reseller to use Christianbook to get ungated and other people have not had any problems with getting ungated with their invoice. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I would like to be able to sell Dvd's on Amazon. I currently sell them on 4 other platforms without any problems.

Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
You invoice should include
• detailed list of products (at least 10 per item, Product name, model number or UPC that can be verified online)) ,
• terms of sale (net30/net60/cash..)
• must be by the brand itself or a brand authorized distributor (not a retail store for the general public, not some back door pallet seller wanna be distributor )***
• your full business name and address, as entered in seller central
• a COMPLETED transaction ( order shipped),
• suppliers full name and contact details, (e-mail, phone or both)
• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
***Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.

A quick search for Christianbook Distributors shows only a company that does not appear to be a distributor, but rather a retailer. Amazon will not accept a receipt from a retail outlet.
Simple question; when you ordered from this company, did you have to fill out forms, including among other things your business and/or resale license? If not, then it is not a wholesale account, and is a retail sale.
