account health specialist made things worse

today i was on the phone with a account specialist concerning my 3 postcard attempts to verify my address. i was on my last attempt and finally received my postcard. i put the code in a the code was invalid. i was then told to wait 24-48 for a response from the "internal team". on the phone call today she then told me that i would be able to request another postcard and to just put 2 other random codes with her knowing that i told her i requested 3 already. Anyway i followed her instructions and now my account says. "You have exhausted all available attempts to validate your address. As a result, we have stopped disbursements to your account. You may contact Seller Support if you have any concerns." ive been waiting 3 days to hear from internal team and havent gotten 1 response. ive uploaded pictures on postcards and picture of screen shot matching the numbers to the postcard and it saying invalid. please help i need to figure out how else will i verify my account and will i get another chance to do so. i keep getting misinformation from support. i understand that amazon has to comply with the inform act and im trying everything to do that as well. i had 2 case id 15974527151, 15987281811.
