Anyone want to share their experience with Easy Ship - Pros and Cons.

I recommend it. A couple of clients I help have been using it for over 18 months quite smoothly.

Remember though that not all orders will be eligible for Easy Ship (because some customers live outside areas covered by the Easy Ship drivers - i.e. Amazon Flex Drivers), so you'll need to ensure you still have those orders covered (as you probably already have in place now).

The other thing I'll mention is that it's really fast! Much faster customer deliveries than using a standard courier. And it's very cost effective in vast majority of cases!

Hey Razzamattazz,

Would rate them a 7/10

I rated them a 7/10 for the below reasons-

1. They collect at no extra cost from your premise

2. Very reasonable intercity pricing

3. Delivery is quite quick

They lost three points for-

1. I’ve had items damaged

2. Impossible to get a reimbursement from damaged items (well actually possible but time taken vs damaged value wasn’t worth the 12 support requests)

3. On collection days sometimes they don’t scan all the items and takes a few days to register as picked up. Sometimes you can think you forgot to pack something

Overall a good experience and you get what you pay for, they are half the price of other companies
