To any sellers reading this post,

Honestly, you either need to put up or shut up. There is no point venting on this forum or social media.

That being said, BWU2 has had a specific problem for over a year.

If any seller has had their inbound inventory take 4-6 weeks to be checked in, they need to check whether Amazon transfrred their inventory from BWU2 to BWU1, then it sits at BWU1 until they are good and ready and then it gets checked in there.

I have checked my inventory reports and can tell that around 50% of my inbound inventory has been checked in at BWU1.

That in itself is likely not to breach any TOS. However, the fact it takes weeks - sometimes months - is breaching Amazon's own TOS.

There is no denying that BWU2 is a dumpster fire when it comes to inbounding inventory outside of the Amazon Partnered program.

That being said, there is no point threatening ACCC or whatever unless you are actually going to do it. And, by the way, ACCC is completely the wrong platform for taking any potential action.
