Packages delivered but not received?
Lately, I've been getting a lot of customers saying they never received their package even though USPS marked them Delivered. A few were also delayed in transit and one sent back to sender. I've never had this issue since opening my shop but it seems to be happening all at once for the month of July. Is this happening to anyone else?

And in case anyone is wondering, I did purchase all of my labels thru Amazon.

If you fulfill orders yourself (rather than FBA), when you ship the item you have two choices:
Enter a tracking number from a label you purchased elsewhere (either online, or at the post office/USP/FedEx store)
or
Buy a label using Amazon's "Buy Shipping", which automatically enters the tracking info, and provides coverage in cases of Item not Received complaints.

Then it's simple; instruct the customers to file an A-Z for Item Not Received and let Amazon handle it.
(this is assuming that besides buying the label on Amazon, you shipped on time and have a scan showing that you did so)

most of the time its the customer lying and scamming to get free items. Before you give anything away for free, double check, investigate with the carrier first. If the carrier has proof of successfully delivered then the customer is lying. Tell them to go file an A TO Z claim for item not received. When amazon sees you shipped on time and purchased the shipping on the platform- your claims protected= you shouldn't lose.
customers will forever lie. Always look for the proof.

This has happened to me up to 4 times in 1 day. 4 different customers, allllllll lied. One even made up a CRAZY story about how they have VIDEO FOOTAGE of a government postal USPS worker putting in the package in the mailbox and then removing it, as if the mail man was the one stealing packages! I responded by asking the customer to send the video footage because we show successfully delivery- so we can help you.
and guess what???? POOF! The customer backed off and disappeared. I sent him message template asking for the video so we can help him- for the next week and GUESS WHAT??? He never responded back with the so called video. So no free stuff for him. People have huge audacity now a days. Always look for the proof.

If you shipped it on promisse time and get there on promisse time, just open SAFE-T CLAIM and that's all.
