that is very good, at least your account was not suspended.
You can not "eliminate" this infringement. It happened and it will stay on your account. I don't remember if it's removed after 180 days, but that is possible.
Just eliminate that word (what you have certainly done) and be more careful with your other listings. You cannot mention other brands in your listing.
