Amazon US account deactivation and other marketplace deactivated.
I am an Amazon seller originally from India and currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
Due to a policy violation on my Amazon US marketplace, a related account, my Amazon Australia marketplace, has been deactivated.
The appeal process was in progress in Amazon US. I submitted many appeals. But, Amazon rejected all the appeals. My last appeal was on 11-January-2024.
On 17-January-2024, when attempting to log into my Amazon.com account, I faced an issue where it displayed as "You do not have access to merchant A10GRXWG5U2SJJ. Please pick a different merchant or marketplace."
Therefore, I contacted Amazon Australia account health support via both phone and email. The team advised me to submit an appeal through email to selling-partner-action-review @amazon.com.au. In adherence to their guidance, I submitted all the required documents and appealed to the provided email address.
Could someone please assist me with this situation?
