Cannot login
Hi,
I cannot login using primary email addres. At the login screen it says "Account temporarily locked" and asks to provide CVV number of a credit card which is no longer valid. I need to change the charge method credit card. Changing the charge method is not allowed in this child account.
Could Seller Support please reach out to me to change the charge method to a new credit card? It's really frustrating since I cannot even contact Seller Support through usual means (main account locked, child account can't create support cases) :(
