HELP -Amazon account activated in the wrong market
I opened my Amazon account a few days ago and I'm encountering a bizarre problem. Besides the fact that I wanted to open on the German market and my account was opened on the US market, I can't contact Seller Support and I can't do anything in the Seller Central Dashboard. I ask an employee to contact me urgently because I repeat I CANNOT open Cases from Seller Central so that the problem can be solved
I have NEVER had an Amazon seller account before
I passed the video call for the account activation successfully.

You created your seller account on the wrong address: amazon.com instead of amazon.de.
The best for you is to close this account. Go in your seller central, write "close account" in the search bar on top and follow the instructions of the helppage that will pop up. Save the confimation email very carefully till the end of your days! then wait two weeks and create a new account on .de with another email address.
Anything else will create you problems of related accounts afterwards.
"I ask an employee to contact me urgently"
THAT shows that you are a new seller. Amazon is a self service platform and to handle like a big machine. YOU have to put the settings and push the right button. Seller support will never contact you, neither will they explain you how selling on Amazon works.
You have to take 4-5 weeks and watch all the videos in Seller University. If you talk German, change country on top right and read the answers in the German forum for at least one hour a day. Selling on Amazon is really difficult and reading the forum will give you a small idea. And pay attention to the VAT rules. For selling on Amazon.de you need a German VAT number.

Hello @Seller_K7iqO8tkBNccS
Thanks for contacting Amazon Forums. Regarding your question, I see you have already started your registration in the NA store. To register in another store, you need to complete your registration in the first marketplace before you can expand to a new one. You can also start the registration process in the DE marketplace using a different email address, but my recommendation would be to finish registration and then set up the other stores. If you don't want to sell in NA, you don't have to worry about that; you just don't publish listings in that store.
Let me share with you some important information regarding account settings, where you can view the introduction to Seller Central and also the managing account settings help page. Please also refer to the Account Settings FAQ if you have further questions.
I see that you were able to open a case with our seller support team that ended in 7031, where they indicated the link to contact the DE support team to clear up any questions. Please follow that link so our support team can guide you through the process.
Have a great day!
Nano
