Removal orders from 2+ years ago going to the wrong address

We moved 18+ months ago to a new warehouse. We changed our address before we actually moved in thinking this could become a problem.

Well, here we are 18 months later and Amazon is still processing removal orders from 2+ years ago. They continue to send orders to our old warehouse. We got a call from the new tenant telling me they keep sending them back but Amazon keeps showing up again and again to deliver them. Anyone have a clue how we can get this ridiculousness to stop? Support told me to cancel the removal orders. I dont have a clue what removal orders are pending from 2+ years ago.

You have to actually change your address for fba removals separately.

we did it like this:

go to your Inventory>FBA Inventory

(where you would normally fill out a screen to return fba inventory)

Select the inventory to remove/return to you (we send back unsellables)

click the create removal order option

Then just fill out your new address on the popup page-

BE SURE to click the Set as Default Address box!

There may be another way through acct info or return settings... but we didn't immediately see it, and this worked fine.

hope that helps!
