Is There Currently A Receiving Delay at ABQ2?

We have a freight shipment of inventory that was picked up by Central Transport on August 20th, and the after contacting the carrier multiple times they are telling me that the reason the shipment is still not showing as delivered is because ABQ2 is currently experiencing delays. Is this accurate, or are they just blowing smoke?

I would appreciate some clarity on this moderators.

i just have same issue with this ABQ2 .

Any shipments to this location always shows as lost. So bad

It's been 2 months and they just marked as not received. What a horrible business. I will never ship my items to this location

same here. My shipment was picked up by Central Transport in LA on 8-23 (going to ABQ2) , still "in transit". What a joke.

They are holding my product hostage.

We need answers from a MOD on this. Is the problem the carrier or the fulfilment center?

What is being done to fix this?

Yes, same here as well. Central picked up our shipment on 8/14 and is still unable to get an appointment with Amazon ABQ2 fulfillment center. Just got off the phone with Central's manager and he said that fulfillment center is really backed up and they are rescheduling all deliveries.

I do see that the status of the shipment is in transit, in this case the recommendation is wait until the fulfillment Center receives the shipment and once in there you still have problems let me know to further assist you.

I shipped out 3 pallets to ABQ2 last week, also with Central Transport. I just received a "Delivery Disruption" email from Amazon stating that delivery has been pushed back 6 weeks. So I guess Central Transports gets to hold on to my stuff while Amazon charges low inventory fees. I will see if Central Transport can return to sender, so I can relabel and ship my stuff elsewhere.

9/10/2024: Seeing no updates to estimate delivery date on Amazon after 2 weeks so I emailed Central for an update. Was told ETA 9/12.

9/11/2024: Opened a Amazon support case. No resolution / Case closed.

9/12/2024: ETA updated on Amazon as 9/25

9/17/2024: ETA updated on Amazon to 10/16

Paid $400 for the West Inbound placement service fee and this is the result we get? SMH

If it helps anyone, we usually ship our shipments by Central Transport, and have not had any issues. This time we shipped 3 skids by Estes to ABQ2 on 9/10. It had some transit issues that were carrier related, but it finally got to the destination terminal yesterday. I get a call from my Estes rep, and they stated the same thing that the warehouse is full....

I do not think its the carriers fault, but rather Amazon scheduling shipments with sellers to a warehouse that clearly is overwhelmed with inventory. If we decide to get the freight back, we have to pay for that shipping, plus we have to relabel and pay for costs related to that....

Wish I saw this sooner. we had a pickup in LA on 08/30 via Central as amazon preferred carrier. Delivery in shipment tracking is October 9th. Central shows October 23rd!.

Avoid this and BNA6 at all costs.
