Prime Big Deal Day - NEEDS ATTENTION
I have several product listed for Prime Big Deal Day commencing in October 2024. On my deals all my prime day deals are listed as upcomming but also flagged "needs attention". I have raised tickets with Amazon on this matter, but they have come back to me and stated there is nothing wrong and the deals will run. However they could not explain why the deals are showing as needs attention. Can someone explain whether this advice is correct snd the deals will run.

I understand your concern about this matter. Although I have no authority to guarantee you that there is nothing wrong, I can say that I've seen similar cases in other marketplaces than AU, and the Seller Support has been providing the same reply to those sellers who asked similar questions like you did.
Sorry for being helpless and not guaranteeing anything, but perhaps you may see it as some validation?
