Fees for Mexico triggering bank fraud alert - Amazon Assitance please

The charges for Amazon.com.mx are triggering fraud alerts on my credit cards. Every time Amazon does this, I get a call from the bank. If I miss the call, like this morning, then they freeze the credit card, which then freezes my Amazon account. I would like to be removed from Amazon.com.mx. I do not ship to Mexico as they have an unreliable postal service and my bank sees all charges out of Mexico as fraudulent charges. This is not sustainable.

If you are seeing charges for the .mx account, it is because you have offers on the .mx marketplace.

You need to log in to .mx, then fully "Close and Delete" any and all listings there (after double checking that you are indeed on the Mexico marketplace). Note that based on my experience, this may take two to three tries.

Once you've deleted all the offers, there should be no more charges from .mx (at least once the current cycle finishes)

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration this is causing. I see that @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwhas don a great job explaining some possibilities with the Unified North American account. If you are a professional seller, your charges would be split between CA, US, and MX. If you would like to downgrade your plan to an individual selling plan, please click HERE.

I would suggest checking your transactional view page also to confirm everything. The Transaction View page displays the account transactions within a statement period, up until the prior day's close. A transaction can be an order, a refund, or an Amazon-initiated charge or credit.

Reaching out to your banking institutions may also help so that they do not constantly identify those transactions as fraud.

I think I have a very similar problem. Have gone through 5 cards in last 4 months.

Would be grateful if you could share whether Nisha's suggestion worked.

I am not sure how listings could appear on Amazon Mexico if I did not choose to sell anything in Mexico.

And, why does a seller need to go through what Nisha suggested if the seller did not create this mess.
