Brand registration is declined because it show brand is already listed

I need help listing my branded products, but when I provide them with images of my products and packaging, they decline my listing, stating that this brand name is already listed on Amazon and that I must choose from a list. However, my logo is different, and it’s my own brand. Could you please help me with what I should do?
