Accidentally deleted a restricted listing - Inventory not found in Stranded

My listing was active until someone reported an IP claim. So I deleted the listing prior to creating a removal order. Now I cannot create a removal order, because the inventory is not even in my Stranded Inventory. I sent a case to Amazon but it seems they get it wrong and I was told this is under inventory investigations.

If the products won't be returned to me (because Amazon will dispose them), I will lost a lot of money for it because it's a total of 145 units!

Hi,

Do you know what the ASIN and SKU number was? If you do, you can try re-adding the listing to your inventory via the Catalogue / Add a Product menu option. Search for the ASIN and specify the same SKU number when re-adding the listing. If it was FBA then check the FBA option when you re-add the product. It should then be listed under FBA Inventory and you can use the “Close Listing” option to stop any further units being made available for sale and you can do a Removal Order - be sure to specify you want the goods returned to you and also enter your preferred delivery address.

Good luck.
