I need help to clarify that Amazon Australia considers my neck massager as a medical device (ASIN B0FBGS3YY2 ). Same product is being sold by other sellers on Amazon but my listing is flagged as medical device. Has anyone come across with face situation ? Do I need TGA approval ?

Can someone please advise as I can appeal and relist my product.
