How can customer browse my records only
It used to be I could search my store name and type in "LP" or "vinyl" and it would bring up hundreds of albums for sale in my store. Now NOTHING comes up.
How is customer supposed to search through MY store? Even typing in name of record/band known to be in stock comes up blank.
Not Amazon's problem I guess.

Amazon does not use logic to organize listings. Instead, they have an algorithm known as the A9 algorithm. This is used for SEO (search engine optimization)
What this means is that typing whatever is describing your listing(such as your brand name) on the search results is not enough for your listings to always come up. Even though its logical for it to come up...as its describing your listing.
Your listings need to gain relevancy so it can be properly discovered. To do this, you must lower your best seller rank. To lower your best seller rank, you must do so artificially through Amazon ads.
For this to work, you have to assume that your product is sought out by many customers. Once customers see your ad, and you assume that they will buy it, your best seller rank will lower and you will now be relevant enough for customers to search your products by your brand name (or other things that properly describe your listings).
If you have a very good product, customers will continue to find your product via these organic searches...and you no longer have to spend so much on ads to artificially bring your rank down. You are now in an organic sales cycle that is positive to you.

If you have the professional account you have a so-called storefront. It compares to a real storefront like tofu compares to rib-eye steak, but it's called a storefront. It is arranged however Amazon wants it arranged; you have zero control.
To see the URL for your storefront: Seller Central / Account Info / Store Info / Your Seller Profile
This shows your storefront link. I doubt that any buyer ever bothers with this.
The only person genuinely interested in a seller's storefront is the seller - and that interest is minimal at most.

Another one of Amazon's methods of extracting more fees from their sellers and customers. Used to be, as a seller, you had a storefront. Now you pay them $39.99 a month for such luscious perks.
