A+ content - Amazon doesn't recognize ASIN as part of our brand

Hello,

I am the owner of the brand and have already applied for brand registration on Amazon. Amazon provided recommendations for improving our product listings and creating A+ content to run sponsored ads successfully.

We followed the instructions and created A+ content for our products. However, we received a notification stating "You are unable to add content to this ASIN because our system does not recognize this ASIN as part of your brand." Amazon claims our products are not eligible for A+ content despite being clearly under our brand name. We attempted to contact our Amazon sales manager, but there has been no response yet,

Does anyone have idea what I am doing wrong here?

Thank you

Jenny

I found this on another forum post that Amazon suggested.

"Does this item show up under your Brand Catalog Manager? If it is not showing up under the Brand Catalog Manager, then that item is not associated with your brand. When this happens, you can try using an excel category specific file template upload using the UPDATE selection. Remember to complete all attributes before uploading. Then, wait about a week for the brand bot to see and connect the item to your brand. You will know it work by again checking the Brand Catalog Manager for the item.If this doesn’t work, then you will need to open a case with brand registry to link the item to the brand (may or may not work depending on the support person’s ability)".
