How To Win Safe-T Claim Against "Did Not Approve Purchase"
Literally got one the other day for a $10 item customer bought and then sent back. Lost the going ship and now the return. How do you file Safe-T claim against this type of return reason? How is it our fault if customer "did not approve purchase"?

Of course it is not our fault, it's just a case of the buyer saying they didn't approve the purchase and Amazon not wanting to fund it themselves. I have had some success in SAFE-T claims for this return code in certain circumstances. Once I had a return request stating that their employee failed to get the proper purchase order before making the purchase. I filed a SAFE-T claim that it is not my responsibility to pay for their employees failure to follow their workplace rules. Another one I was able to get the buyer to admit in Buyer Seller Messages that they chose a false return reason because they ordered the wrong part to get a free return label. Without a message where you can show the buyer is lying, or a return reason that you can use to argue it is the buyers fault, you are probably out of luck, though.

Hello @Seller_gatjkdfPmzT4O
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
For clarification, for this order, did you file a SAFE-T Claim that was granted? Please feel free to provide the claim ID number related to the order to this thread and I can take a look. For context, there are certain scenarios where you may be eligible of reimbursement when a buyer has been refunded at first scan. This help page provides those scenarios and additional information on SAFE-T Claims.
Looking forward to your reply.

For Amazon, you have to explain things like it is to a 2 year old kid. Try to explain every single detail. When was the purchase made, the tracking number, the order number, explain that is not your fault that you didn't hold the buyer's hand to place the order. You should at least get the shipping cost.

Its literally insane, why any 3rd party seller, needs to address this.
- We do not accept Credit Card Payments.
- Amazon should cover these fraud claims 100%
- And again, explain to me why Amazon even has a Chargeback on delivered items, without return? - they accepted the credit card.

Same issue happening here. Buyer chose "did not approve purchase" but then in the comments put "do not like the product."
Yet amazon refuses to reimburse anything.

"Did Not Approve Purchase" all shipping should be refunded automatically along with a restocking fee to cover Amazon fees for allowing this issue but it is not and you need to fight for what is right because Amazon profits off customers like this. Total BS we need to waste time dealing with issues like this that Amazon creates.
