Can you drop off inventory directly to an Amazon FBA warehouse if I create my own courier service?

If we were to create our own courier/delivery service, would we be able to use that service to bring our inventory directly to the Amazon warehouses? Or is it required to use larger companies such as UPS?

Only professional carriers are allowed to make delivery appointments with Amazon fulfillment centers. Amazon does not allow general public deliveries.
