I am so frustrated with Amazon support
Amazon used to provide some support but over the years it has deteriorated significantly. I really don't understand the value in providing no support but they have people assigned to do it. We are totally at their mercy and there is nothing we can do. I am seriously so frustrated. Here is my last support case, it is a FULL 5 pages and they don't even read the last message to understand the problem. 1 stranded ASIN, that is it, nothing catastrophic
Here is the message I continue to provide and they come back each time with 1 of 2 things: look on account health (nothing) add back 1 at a time or file feed
"I would appreciate if someone could take the time to read the notes, at least the recent notes so that we can resolve this. It is ridiculous that one case could take 5 PAGES of messages and there is still no understanding of the problem and the steps taken to resolve it. Relisting by match or one at a time does NOT resolve this problem. At least see these notes:
Steps I have taken:
- Deleted and recreated after 24 hour and reported the same on this case 02:41 PM 01/30/2024
- I ran a full file feed and provided that feed and the results 04:30 PM 01/31/2024
- I ran a full file feed and reported the same on this case 03:52 PM 02/02/2024
- I ran a full file feed and reported the same on this case 01:23 PM 02/03/2024
- I ran a full file feed and provided the feed and the results 10:24 AM 02/05/2024
- I ran a full file feed and provided feed and the results Today
So to summarize I have deleted and added back after 24 hours once and I have run a full file feed 5 times already. I am not sure of the value of just continuing to run a file feed when the results are the same each time.

Ok, this is a new one for me. To fix my stranded inventory I had to do this:
I request to transfer the units to a different Fulfillment Center. so it is possible that the units will be made available for sale.
I kid you not AND my request may not be granted...
