No, your wife's account will more than likely not work. The new Inform Act requires the bank account on file to match the name on the seller account. The only way I could see it working is if it was a shared account but I do not know if that is possible with Payoneer.
What you need to do is find out why your account did not verify and fix that.

Thank you for reaching out. I wanted to second what @Seller_pGvzpun8rGPzmhas stated in their response to you. You will need to see what the issue is with your bank account. Trying to use your wife's account would get the account suspended. Please see the following resources:
