Not here. Using Chrome on both computers that we use for Amazon, haven't seen a crash.
Have you cleared your cache? That seems to be the main problem cause with Chrome.

Hi @greenho,
Thanks for the post. Did @Picks_by_Nisha's solution solve the issue.

Yes! I'm constantly getting error 5, and I don't know how to fix it or what's causing it.

Chrome released a new update today. It seems to have fixed the problem--fingers crossed.
I had the same issue.
Chrome would briefly load the page and then go, "Snap!" It is random but gets annoying.
Cleaning the browser history/caches and closing tabs did not resolve the problem.
I only had this issue on one computer, not the other. And it only happened on the Amazon buyer page (not the seller center).

I had the same issue and other issues using chrome. One Amazon employee said that their software would rub much better using FIREFOX instead of Google Chrome. Less problems using FIREFOX. Try it.

I don't remember now where, but I was told to use Firefox with Amazon. Haven't had an issue since

Use Brave Browser, like Chrome but much better

I think that you're just seeing the same updates that Amazon has been rolling out to all of us over the last month or so. I didn't clear my cache (on either computer) before that starting happening. It was announced back in April that they were going to start requiring OTP at every sign in.

We tried almost everything including clearing cache, reinstalling etc...
Using Firefox now, but it does not have all the widgets we need.
Seems like we're far from the only ones with this problem....
