We process and review all uploaded videos. Review typically takes less than a day, but it might take up to seven working days or more during peak periods.
Videos can’t include any web links, URLs or calls to action that direct the customer away from the product detail page.

We do not support edits to the video file. If you need to update the video, you must re-upload the video.
Upon upload, a thumbnail will be auto generated for the video. If you decide to replace it, click on the thumbnail to upload an image. You must use a high quality image in either .jpg or .png format.
You can either delete the video or remove the ASINs from the video.

In order for a video to show in the image block, there must be 6 or less images. Up to 6 videos can be uploaded to display as well.
The detail page will always prioritise the most recently uploaded video.
We do not allow anyone to remove other videos unless they directly violate community guidelines and Video compliance requirements.
If you believe that a video is in violation of one or more policies, please report it by clicking REPORT on the video player.
