Remember: All listings and products must comply with all laws and regulations.

Examples of permitted listings

  • Portable products such as bidet douche bottles and sitz baths that are not intended to be connected to the water supply.
  • Bidet products which are certified and appropriately described and labelled in accordance with the WaterMark Certification Scheme.
  • Plumbing and drainage products which do not require WaterMark Certification and are not otherwise restricted from sale.

In Australia, certain plumbing and drainage products, including bidet products, must be certified through the WaterMark Certification Scheme and carry the WaterMark trademark.

Plumbing products such as toilet seat bidet douches, handheld bidet sprays and trigger sprays, and other bidet type products that are intended to be connected to toilet water supply outlets are all required to be WaterMark certified.

If you list a product that falls under the WaterMark Certification Scheme, it is your responsibility to ensure the proper WaterMark label, and/or WaterMark licence information is displayed on the product detail page.
