To maintain the buyer confidence in Amazon this holiday season, we are implementing holiday selling guidelines for the Toys and Games category. Effective 13 November of the current year until the first week of January of the next year, sellers who meet the following performance criteria will be eligible to sell in the Toys and Games category.
Your orders that use Fulfilment by Amazon will not be subject to the holiday season restrictions, provided your selling account is in good standing.
Amazon reserves the right to cancel listings, remove selling privileges, and prohibit the sale of specific products in its discretion, including to maintain a marketplace that is safe for buyers.
Eligibility to sell in the Toys and Games category is determined separately for each country. If you sell in multiple marketplaces, your performance metrics will be evaluated for each country.
We will provide the final notification about your eligibility to sell in the Toys and Games category by 13 November of the current year. Beginning this date, we will monitor the performance and listings of sellers who are approved to sell in the Toys and Games category during the holiday season.
You can find your cancel rate, late shipment rate, and order defect rate in the Performance section of your seller account.
