What is an invisible ink pen?
Invisible ink pens are pens with integrated UV lights that are often marketed to children as “toys”. Button cell batteries power the UV lights integrated into the pen, and are often accessible to children.
Toys containing lead and other elements need to comply with the mandatory standards as mentioned above.
