You are able to set your own order cut-off times for Standard, Expedited and Premium Shipping options based on your business needs. Order cut-off time for Standard and Expedited Shipping is only applicable when Same Day handling time is enabled.
Create or modify the latest time of day when you can receive an order and dispatch it on the same day:
Customers will see a cut-off time one hour prior to the one that you set for your shipping option to allow for order processing. For example, if you have set the cut-off time for Next Day shipping as 3:00 p.m., customers will see the cut-off time as 2:00 p.m.
If an order is placed before your cut-off time, you must ship the item on the same day. However, if an order is placed after cut-off time, you can ship the item on the next working day.

Monday to Friday are considered compulsory operating days for order fulfilment. Effective from 6 December 2021, you now have the option to turn on Saturday and Sunday as additional operating days. This option can help you offer customers more competitive delivery promises. When turned on, these days will be considered towards the calculation of the Estimated Ship Date, that is, you will be required to dispatch orders on Saturday and/or Sunday. You can choose either Saturday or Sunday as an operating day to make a six-day working week or both days for a seven-day working week. Turning on Saturday and/or Sunday as operating days is entirely optional.
