Handling customer feedback for items shipped using Amazon Easy Ship

Customers can leave feedback for sellers on orders that are delivered using Amazon Easy Ship just as they do for seller-fulfilled orders. When a customer's entire comment relates explicitly to the delivery of orders shipped using Amazon Easy Ship, the negative feedback can be struck through, so that it won't affect your performance metrics. The customer's comment will remain with a note from Amazon that states: "This item was delivered by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this delivery experience."

When a customer does not select "Shipping" as the reason for negative feedback, but the entire comment relates explicitly to the delivery of the product shipped using Amazon Easy Ship, you can request the negative comment to be struck through. Additionally, if any portion of the comment applies to the condition or performance of your product, or the customer’s interactions with you, then the feedback and negative rating will remain.
