Amazon Easy Ship is an optional delivery service for Amazon sellers. Eligible Amazon orders are picked up from the seller's location and delivered to eligible locations for a fee. For more information about Amazon Easy Ship fees, go to Amazon Easy Ship Fee Schedule.
Using the Amazon Easy Ship service, sellers will ensure that their customers get trackable shipments with fast and predictable delivery times.
How does it work? Customer orders from you on Amazon. You will get a notification of the order in Seller Central. You schedule pickup from within Seller Central and prepare the package. During the allotted time, a delivery associate comes to your chosen eligible location and picks up the package(s) to be delivered to customers. You can track your payable balance (net of any fees) from within Seller Central.
Currently, the Amazon Easy Ship service is not available from all seller locations or for all customer orders. To check pickup and delivery coverage, go to Amazon Easy Ship Pick Up & Delivery Coverage Locations. Certain product types like especially large ('heavy/bulky') or dangerous ('hazmat') items cannot be fulfilled through Amazon Easy Ship service.
