Reasons a disbursement might fail

One of the main reasons why a disbursement might fail is because the bank account information is invalid.

  • You have not yet entered your bank account information.
  • The bank account information that you have entered is incorrect. Please double-check your bank details, and then contact your bank to confirm the bank details.
  • You have entered debit card information instead of bank account information. All the bank details mentioned on the "Global Deposit Bank Account Information" page are required.
  • The bank account is now closed. Contact your bank to obtain the new bank details.

Once you've confirmed the correct data, update your bank account information.
