Extended Holiday Returns Policy

In anticipation of customers shopping early for the holidays, we have temporarily extended the return window of our returns policy.

The Amazon extended holiday return policy for 2021 requires most orders purchased between October 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 to be returnable through January 31, 2022. This policy includes orders that are shipped by you and orders that are shipped by Amazon.

As a seller, you can choose to match the Amazon policy on extended holiday returns or provide a longer holiday returns period that is more suitable to you and your customers. You can update the Returns & Refunds section of your seller detail page to advise customers of the extended holiday return policy.

To update the Returns & Refunds section, follow these instructions:


  1. In Seller Central, under Settings, click Your Info & Policies.
  2. Click the Returns & Refunds.
  3. In the Returns & Refunds Help Content section, add your response to reflect the extended holiday return policy.
  4. Select Save.
