Long-term storage fee report

This report provides itemised details of your most recent long-term storage fee charges.

This report includes product details, quantity, per-unit volume, and the total amount for each SKU to which the long-term storage fee was applied. Refer to the Long-Term Storage Fee Charges report.

The long-term storage fee is based on the total volume in cubic centimetres of units that have been stored in Amazon fulfilment centres for at least 365 days. Long-term storage fees are calculated as follows: (long-term-storage-fee) = (qty-charged) x (per-unit-volume) x $160.

If (per-unit-volume) x $160 for any item is less than the minimum per-unit charge of $0.10, then the (long-term-storage-fee) for each unit will be (per-unit-volume) x $0.10.

To calculate the total long-term storage fee charged across all inventory, download the report and add up the charges.

Charged amount Long-term-storage-fee The long-term storage fee that was charged for units that have been in fulfilment centres for over 365 days. $240 $0.50

In Example Value 1, the seller is charged $240 for 14 bakeware sets stored over 365 days. These units take up a combined total of 1.5 cubic metres (0.125 cubic metres x 12 units = 1.5 cubic metres) in Australian fulfilment centres. Each unit's long-term storage fee by volume (0.125 x $160 = $20) amounts to more than $0.10. Therefore, the greater per-cubic-metre long-term storage fee is charged instead of the minimum per-unit total. (0.125 cubic metres x 12 units = 1.5 cubic metres x $160 = $240)

In Example Value 2, the seller is charged $0.50 because each unit's long-term storage fee by volume (0.0003588 per-unit volume x $160 = $0.057) amounts to less than $0.10. This means that the greater minimum per-unit fee ($0.10 x 5 units = $0.50) is applied.
